Overview
This website and store are operated by Slimepop (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Account
You must be the age of majority in your country (or have guardian consent). Keep your login details secure—you’re responsible for activity on your account.

2) Products & Content
We try to show products accurately, but colours/appearance may vary by device. We may change or discontinue items at any time and limit quantities.

3) Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order (we’ll notify you using the details you provided). Returns follow our Refund Policy.

4) Prices, Taxes & Billing
Prices can change without notice. Unless stated, prices exclude shipping and taxes. UAE orders include VAT as applicable. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates only. Once we hand an order to the carrier, title and risk pass to you. We aren’t liable for carrier/customs delays.

6) Safety, Allergies & Use
Slime is not edible. Keep away from pets and small children. Do not purchase if allergic to any common slime ingredients (e.g., PVA glue, borax/activator, lotion, instant snow, hand soap, food colouring, fragrance oils). Use on clean surfaces; wash hands after play.

7) Acceptable Use
Don’t use the Services for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or disruptive activity (including spam, scraping, malware, or impersonation). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Services is owned by Slimepop or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written permission. “Shopify” and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

9) Reviews & Feedback
By submitting reviews or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display them. You confirm you have the rights to what you submit and that it complies with the law.

10) Third-Party Tools & Links
We may offer third-party tools or link to third-party sites “as is.” Use them at your own risk; we aren’t responsible for third-party content or services.

11) Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slimepop and our providers aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Slimepop harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14) Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use means acceptance.

15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the UAE Meydan Free Zone (MFZ) have exclusive jurisdiction.
