SlimePop is not liable for delays, customs procedures, courier issues, or any third-party handling once an order has been dispatched from our Dubai warehouse.
All shipping, duties, VAT, fuel surcharges, and clearance fees are determined by the courier and destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE using trusted courier partners . Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your location.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
– Standard Delivery across Dubai: AED 25 (1–3 business days)
– Remote Areas: AED 35
– Free UAE Shipping: Orders above AED 250
– Next-Day Delivery (beyond Dubai): AED 30 (orders placed before 12:00PM)
GCC Countries
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar
Shipped via Aramex Land unless Express is selected.
– Standard GCC (Land): AED 50
Delivery in 3–7 business days
– Express GCC (Air): AED 65
Delivery in 2–4 business days
– Free GCC Shipping: Orders above AED 500
Fuel surcharge:
Aramex applies a variable fuel surcharge to all shipments.
This surcharge is added by Aramex and may be included in the final delivery fee charged by the courier at the destination.
Duties & VAT:
Import VAT or customs duties may apply depending on destination country.
Europe
– Standard Europe Shipping: AED 100
Delivery in 3–7 business days
– Express Europe Shipping: AED 150
Delivery in 2–5 business days
Fuel surcharge:
Aramex applies a variable fuel surcharge to all Europe shipments.
This may be billed directly by the courier.
Duties/VAT:
Charged by local customs authorities at destination.
United States & Canada
– Standard Shipping: AED 150
Delivery in 5–10 business days
– Express Shipping: AED 220
Delivery in 3–7 business days
Fuel surcharge:
Aramex’s variable fuel surcharge applies to all shipments outside GCC/UAE.
Duties & taxes:
May be applied by your local authorities.
Rest of World (Optional)
– Standard International: AED 180
– Express International: AED 260
Fuel surcharge:
Aramex applies a fuel surcharge which may be billed by the courier.
Delivery times vary by country.
Processing Times
– Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
– Weekend/holiday orders ship the next working day.
– Large orders or restock periods may require additional time.
Customs, Duties, VAT & Fuel Surcharges (Important)
– Fuel surcharge:
Aramex applies a variable monthly fuel surcharge to all international shipments.
This surcharge is collected by the courier and is not absorbed by SlimePop.
– Customs duties & VAT:
Calculated by your country’s customs authority.
These are not included in product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for any required payments at delivery.
If customs fees are not paid and the shipment is returned, return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds.
Large Orders & Multi-Box Shipments
For oversized, heavy, or bulk orders, SlimePop may:
– Split your order into multiple boxes, or
– Upgrade shipping to Express
(Additional courier charges may apply depending on destination weight/size.)
If your order exceeds standard courier limits, we will contact you before dispatch.
