Returns & Refund Policy – SlimePop

At SlimePop, every slime jar is made fresh to order and prepared specifically for each customer. Due to the handmade, sensory, and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.


1. All Sales Are Final

Because slime is a custom, perishable, and sensory item, it cannot be resold or restocked.
For this reason:

  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No store credit

This applies to all UAE and international orders.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a support request, we require:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • The order number

  • The product label visible in the image

We will resolve it by offering:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A SlimePop credit (case by case)

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.


3. Slime Texture Issues

Slime can become sticky or firm due to weather, transit, or natural settling.

This is not considered damage.

Each order includes:

  • A Slime Care Guide

  • Activator (for stickiness)

  • Instructions to restore the texture at home

Our support team can guide you through restoring your slime quickly.


4. Packages Marked as Delivered

If the courier marks an order as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • SlimePop cannot issue refunds

  • SlimePop cannot resend free replacements

Cases must be handled directly with the courier service.


5. Customs, Duties, and Delays

International customers are responsible for their country’s:

  • Import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Clearance fees

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Delivery delays caused by customs or courier routing

These charges are not refundable.


6. Wrong Address or Incomplete Address

If an order is delayed or lost due to:

  • Wrong apartment/villa

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

SlimePop is not responsible, and no refund or replacement will be issued.


7. Refused or Returned Packages

If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs, we will deduct:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any courier surcharges

  • A 15% handling fee

Refunds are not issued.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

SlimePop products are handmade and hygiene-sensitive.
For that reason, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered.
