Slime Safety Guide

We want you to have the best experience with your slime — safely, and for as long as possible. Please read these care tips carefully before use.

1. Age & Supervision

Slimepop slimes are designed for ages 8 and above and must be used under adult supervision at all times.
Younger children should never play with slime unsupervised. Always store slime and activators out of reach of children and pets.   

2. Safety & Allergies

All our products are made with non-toxic, cosmetic-grade and household-safe materials, but they may still contain ingredients that can cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.
Common ingredients include PVA glue, borax/activator, lotion, instant snow, hand soap, food colouring, and fragrance oils.
If you or your child have sensitive skin or known allergies, handle with care and wash hands before and after use.
Discontinue immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.

WARNING: Slime is NOT EDIBLE and should never be placed near the mouth, eyes, or face.

3. Handling & Storage

  • Wash hands before and after playing.

  • Use slime only on clean, dry, non-porous surfaces.

  • After each use, store it in its airtight container to keep it fresh.

  • If slime becomes sticky, use a small amount of activator and knead slowly.

  • Avoid exposure to heat or direct sunlight, which can dry out or damage the texture.

  • Keep away from fabrics, carpets, and hair — slime may cling or stain.

4. Disposal

When it’s time to say goodbye, dispose of slime in the trash, not the sink or toilet, to avoid clogging drains.
